Our Mission
We help Nigerian state governments, agencies and institutions design and deliver high-value programs in Türkiye — delegations, B2B missions, trade fairs, training, healthcare, education and sector cooperation — and we help Turkish companies and institutions reach the right partners across Nigeria. We manage the full journey end to end, professionally and transparently.

CEO & Co-Founder
Süreyya Ümran Alınak is Co-Founder and CEO of the Nigeria Türkiye Development & Cooperation Platform. With deep experience in Türkiye–Africa cooperation, he leads delegation programs, institutional partnerships and cross-border initiatives across trade, infrastructure, healthcare and education, connecting Nigerian institutions with Turkish expertise and partners.
Dr. Yavuz Selim Sılay
Co-Founder & CFO
Dr. Yavuz Selim Sılay is Co-Founder and CFO of the Nigeria Türkiye Development & Cooperation Platform. As an equal partner in the platform, he drives financial strategy and governance and leads the healthcare and health-tourism programs, hospital partnerships and international patient coordination for institutions and patient groups.
Dr. Sameera A. Abdulahi
NACCIMA Youth National Coordinator
Dr. Sameera A. Abdulahi serves as NACCIMA Youth National Coordinator. She champions youth entrepreneurship and private-sector engagement, connecting young Nigerian business leaders with the platform’s cooperation programs and helping build sustainable trade and investment links with Türkiye.

Nigeria Senior High-Level Advisor & Strategic Coordinator
Ambassador Abdulkadir Musafari serves as Nigeria Senior High-Level Advisor and Strategic Coordinator. Drawing on extensive diplomatic and institutional experience, he advises on strategic direction and coordinates engagement with Nigerian government bodies, agencies and partners to strengthen cooperation with Türkiye.
Muhammed Alkasim Zangina
Nigeria Operations Director
Muhammed Alkasim Zangina serves as Nigeria Operations Director, leading on-the-ground execution across Nigeria. He coordinates with state governments, agencies and private-sector partners to prepare delegations, align priorities and ensure programs with Türkiye deliver practical, lasting outcomes.

NIDOE Turkey Chapter President
Ben O. Aynaibe is President of the NIDOE (Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation Europe) Turkey Chapter. He strengthens engagement between the Nigerian diaspora in Türkiye and the platform’s cooperation programs, supporting community, business and institutional linkages.
Anthony Airewele
Legal Office Director
Anthony Airewele serves as Legal Office Director, leading the platform legal function. He oversees contracts, compliance and the legal framework that underpins delegations, institutional agreements and cross-border partnerships between Nigeria and Türkiye.
Murat Saritoprak
Türkiye Senior High-Level Advisor
Murat Saritoprak serves as a Türkiye Senior High-Level Advisor to the platform. He provides strategic guidance on Türkiye–Nigeria cooperation, advising on high-level institutional relations, delegation strategy and the development of trade, investment and partnership opportunities between the two countries.
